He completed his education in 1966 with a Bachelor's Degree from Ankara University, Department of Law.

Akın Sait, who started to work as the Prosecutor on 1 August 1975 in the Law Department known as the Chief Prosecutor's Office, was appointed as the Senior Prosecutor in 1980, the Deputy Chief Prosecutor in 1981 and the Chief Prosecutor on 10 June 1988.

Sait, who served in the responsible office for about 26 years, including the Deputy Attorney General; Between 2008 and 2016, he provided consultancy services in the Legal Counseling Department at the Central Bank of the TRNC. In addition, Akın Sait, who has been serving as Legal Advisor at İşbank since July 1, 2009 and at Near East Bank since July 2, 2017, was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors in July 2021.
