Haskasap graduated from Near East University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2007, and completed his Master's degree in Business Administration in 2014. 

In 2009, Near East Bank Ltd. has been incorporated. After completing his education for eight months in all departments, he became the Senior Manager of Near East Bank Loans in 2011. In 2013, he became the Group Manager responsible for Marketing-Information Technologies and Support Services Units. 

Haskasap, who served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Marketing, Information Technologies, Operations, Human Resources and Support Services at Near East Bank in 2016, was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Near East Bank Ltd in July 2021.

In 2013, he took part in the founding of the University of Kyrenia as a Founding Member of the Board of Trustees and still continues his duty here. Haskasap, who was born in 1983 in Kyrenia, is married and has three children.
