• Proof of income (for self-employed applicants, company registration documents and financial statements for the last three years will be required).
• If a guarantor is deemed necessary, the above documents will also be requested from the guarantor(s).
• Vehicle Insurance (Comprehensive Coverage) Evaluation Form.
